There’s something magical about texture – the layers, the movement, the imperfections, and the peacefulness that comes with simply using your hands. I experiment with different building materials, such as spackling, to create multi-dimensional art pieces.

I’m a textural artist drawn to the beauty of layers, imperfect marks, unexpected combinations and all the little details that make a piece feel alive.
My work is tactile, colorful and often a little bit playful. Though I’m an perfectionist with many parts of my life, texture art gives me the opportunity to let go and let loose with my creativity. And I hope it can do the same for you!

Join me at my studio in Kennebunk to create textured art! Everyone is welcome, no matter your skill level. Unlike painting landscapes or creating portraits, textured art is completely abstract and can be anything you want it to be!
Everything is provided for you, just show up as you are, no matter how you’re feeling that day.

It was six years ago when the world came to a halt, and I found myself searching for a creative outlet—something that could pull me out of my head and into the present moment. I thought, “What better way to connect with my creativity than by creating something from nothing with my bare hands?”
To my surprise, what I initially thought would just be a hobby, quickly grew into an intense passion. And that’s when Adding Some Kolor came to life…
